Koonce has built an accomplished career spanning multiple decades in Colorado’s real estate and title industries. She began her career on the real estate side managing branch operations before transitioning into the title industry in 2000, where she has since developed deep expertise across multiple facets of the business.

Throughout her tenure, Koonce has held a wide range of leadership roles, including Escrow Officer, Branch Manager, County Manager, Regional Settlement Services Manager, State President, and National Escrow Advisor. She has been selected for multiple leadership opportunities in her career, reflecting both her performance and the trust she has earned across organizations. This breadth of experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of operations, leadership, and client service across both local and national platforms.

Koonce is recognized for her commitment to excellence and team culture. She was honored as a HousingWire Women of Influence recipient in 2021. She is deeply passionate about mentorship and professional development, consistently investing in growing her own leadership capabilities while helping to cultivate the next generation of industry professionals while serving on committees to further this cause.
