This Privacy Notice describes how Ardán, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, X1 Analytics, and Grid 151 (collectively, “Ardan”, “us”, “our”, “we”) collect, use, store, and share your personal information when: (1) you access or use this website or any of our following websites at www.wltic.com, www.x1analytics.com, www.ardaninc.com, and www.grid151.com (“Websites”); (2) when you access or use our products and/or services (“Services”); (3) when you communicate with us in any manner, including by email, telephone, and/or in person (“Communications”); and (4) from third party sources (collectively, “Interactions”).
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
Depending upon the nature of your Interactions, we may collect the following categories of information directly from and about you or from third-parties:
- Basic Identifying Information. Information such as your full name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, and other similar identifiers.
- Additional Identifying Information Depending on the nature of your interaction with our Services, you may provide and we may collect the following:
- Social Security Numbers.
- Driver’s license numbers or related identification numbers.
- Dates of Birth.
- Bank account information.
- Credit and debit card information.
- Demographic Information. Information such as:
- Race, age, sex, gender, and ethnicity.
- Insurance Information. Information regarding your insurance purchases, including your title insurance policy number.
- Commercial Information. Information such as the nature of the Services you’ve considered from us, and related information.
- User Content. Information such as your Communications with us and any other content you provide, such as social media profiles, photographs of receipts, images, videos, survey responses, comments, product reviews, testimonials, and other content.
- Audio and Visual Information. Information such as photographs, images, videos, and recordings of your voice (such as when we record customer service calls for quality assurance).
- Inferences. Information such as inferences drawn from or created based on the information identified above.
- Sensitive Information, some of the information you voluntarily provide may be considered sensitive personal information, such as your race, ethnicity, social security number, or other sensitive information. We collect only the sensitive information you provide to us and use such information solely to perform the services requested.
Personal Information we Collect Automatically. We and our third-party providers automatically collect information when you engage in Communications or when you use of the Websites and Services, including using cookies and other similar technologies. The information we may automatically collect includes the below categories of information (collectively, “Usage Data”):
- Device and Browsing Information. We collect IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, date/time stamps, operating system, language, device type, unique ID, Internet service provider, referring and exiting URLs, clickstream data, and similar device and browsing information.
- Activities and Usage. We also collect activity information related to your use of the Website and Services, such as information about the links clicked, searches, features used, items viewed, time spent within the Website, your interactions with us within the Website, and other activity and usage information.
- Location Information. We may also collect or derive location information about you, such as through your IP address. If you choose to enable location-based sharing with us through your device settings, we may collect precise location information to provide content that is more relevant to your location and to otherwise improve your Interactions. You may turn off location data sharing through your device settings.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We use the information outlined in What Type of Information Do We Collect About You? for a variety of business and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
- Provide the Websites to you;
- Provide the Products you have requested;
- Fulfill a transaction you requested or service your policy;
- Handle a claim;
- Create and manage your account;
- Operate the Applications and Websites, including access management, payment processing, Application and/or Website administration, internal operations, troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and for statistical purposes;
- Respond to your requests, feedback, or inquiries;
- Comply with laws, regulations, and other legal requirements;
- Comply with relevant industry standards and our policies;
- Protect and enforce your rights and the rights of other users against unlawful activity, including identity theft and fraud;

- Present content in a manner that is optimized for your device; and
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the Applications, Websites, and Products we provide to you.
HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We do not sell your information. We may, however, disclose or share the information referenced in What Type of Information Do We Collect About You? with others for a variety of business and commercial purposes, including:
- With your consent. We may disclose or share your information with your consent. We may obtain your consent in writing; online, through “click-through” agreements; when you accept the terms of use on Websites; orally, either in person or on the phone; or by other means.
- In a business transfer. We may disclose or share your information as part of a corporate business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, joint venture, corporate reorganization, financing, or sale of company assets, or in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, in which such information could be transferred to third parties as a business asset in the transaction.
- To service providers, contractors, and vendors (“Service Providers”). We may disclose or share your information with certain third parties to facilitate your access and use of our Websites and Services, including but not limited to Internet service providers, data analytics providers, notaries and signing agents, operating systems and platforms, and service providers who provide us a service (e.g., credit / debit card processing, claims processing, billing, shipping, repair, customer service, auditing, marketing, debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality on our Websites, and/or protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity).
- To Marketing & Analytics Partners. We may share your personal information with third-party marketing and analytics partners, such as Google. These partners may use first- and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and provide us with analytics based on your past visits to the Website. - To Business Parters. We may disclose or share your information with our Business Partners to provide you with the products or services you have requested, to enhance our service offerings, or to facilitate real-estate and financial transactions. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Requesting Entities & Transaction Parties: When you use our identity verification tools (such as ValID), we share the results of that validation—including your identity status and verified documentation—with the specific entity that requested the check (e.g., your lender, real estate agent, or settlement provider). These entities typically have access to this information for a limited window (e.g., 14 days) to finalize your transaction.
- Title & Closing Professionals: We may share information with title agents, underwriters, attorneys, and escrow officers to facilitate the closing of real estate transactions and the issuance of title insurance policies.
- Financial Institutions: We share data with mortgage lenders, banks, and other financial entities to verify loan applicant quality, detect identity theft, and reduce fraud.
- To Identity Verification Partners. For some of the Services, we use third-party service providers to assist us in verifying your identity, preventing fraud, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations. These services are necessary to provide our products and services, maintain platform integrity, and protect against unauthorized or unlawful activity. Our Identity Verification Partners may combine the information we provide with information from their own records and other sources to verify your identity, assess risk, and provide us with identity verification results, risk scores, or related insights. We do not control the independent data practices of these partners with respect to information they obtain from sources other than us, which are governed by their own privacy notices.
- To Governmental Agencies. We may share your information with County Recorders, Tax Assessors, and State Departments of Insurance and other governmental agencies for standard business filings and regulatory audits.
- To Subsidiaries and Affiliates. We may disclose or share your information with our subsidiaries and affiliates to further facilitate your use of our Websites and Services, and to ensure the smooth and consistent operations of our Websites and Services by identifying and repairing errors that impede intended functionality and to protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
- For legal process and protection. We may disclose or share your information to satisfy any law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or where we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to:
- Enforce or apply agreements, or initiate, render, bill, and collect for Services;
- Protect our rights or interests, property or safety or that of others;

- We will respond to your request within 45 days upon receipt of your request. If necessary, we may need an additional period of time, up to another 45 days, but we will reply either way within the first 45-day period and, if we need an extension, we will explain why.
- In certain cases, a request for access, correction, or deletion may be denied. For example, if we cannot verify your identity, the law requires that we maintain the information, or if we need the information for internal purposes such as providing services or completing an order. If we deny your request, we will explain why we denied it and delete any other information that is not protected and subject to denial.
- Authorized Agents
Under some state privacy laws, you may designate an authorized agent to request any of the above rights on your behalf. Your agent may contact us as described in this Privacy Notice to make a request on your behalf.
