STEVE BLACK

Steve Black has over 35 years in the title industry. He spent 14 years with a major underwriter, taking on various roles and launching new business ventures. He then founded four title agencies serving national lenders. Westcor underwrote the last agency, leading to his 2015 transition to the company.

Since then, he has served as South Central States Regional Manager and now as Senior Vice President, Area Manager, overseeing the South Central, Mountain, Southwest, and Pacific Northwest regions.
