NEIL GULLEY

With more than 28 years of experience across the title, financial, and real estate industries, Neil Gulley serves as Chief Executive Officer of Westcor Global Inc., a growing portfolio of companies that encompasses Westcor Land Title Insurance Company®, Westcor International, X1 Analytics®, and AgentHome®. As CEO, Gulley is focused on advancing the organization’s strategic vision, strengthening the businesses within its portfolio, and identifying new opportunities for growth, innovation, and collaboration.

Gulley joined Westcor Global from CBIP Services, LLC and Keymara Ventures, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across finance, operations, business development, and strategic growth. Previously, he served as Chief Development Officer at Title Resources Group, where he was responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, and as Senior Vice President at Realogy Title Group, where he led operations across the West and Midwest regions.

Known for his strategic and operational leadership, Gulley has helped organizations grow through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business development, and leadership development. He focuses on creating alignment, empowering teams, and translating strategy into meaningful results.
