For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server recognizes only the consumer’s domain name and the user’s IP address.

We collect information about users who register for programs/seminars on our site, fill out surveys, request information, and communicate with us by e-mail.  We also track page views and usage patterns. We also track e-mail and other social networking open/read rates in order to monitor the effectiveness and relevance of our public and social content.

Aggregated Information (information that does not personally identify you) may be combined with similar information obtained from other users to help improve our site and services (for example, to learn which pages are visited most or what features are most attractive.  Aggregated Information may occasionally be shared with our advertisers and business partners.

We may use Personally Identifiable Information collected on wltic.com to communicate with you about your registration and customization preferences; our Terms of Service and privacy policy; services and products offered by wltic.com, and our partners; information about Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, and other topics we think you might find of interest. We reserve the right to share this information with our advertisers and business partners. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Cookies

wltic.com does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
