Pop-up Blockers

  • Turning off Pop-up Blockers for Internet Explorer
    • Select Tools then Pop-up Blocker and select Turn off Pop-up Blocker
  • Turning off Pop-up Blockers for Firefox
    • Select Tools then Options, Under Web Features uncheck the Block Pop-up Windows option
  • Turning off Pop-up Blockers for Safari
    • Select Safari, then uncheck the Block Pop-up Windows

Adobe Reader

Download Adobe Reader for use with eWestcor (http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO)

Turning on Adobe Reader’s “View PDF in Browser” Function (fixes most PDF related issues)

  • Open up Adobe Reader from your Start menu programs, or if on a Mac, start it up from your Applications or Finder.
  • Next click Edit, then select Rreferences.
  • Finally select Internet from the left hand menu and then make sure the “Display in Browser” option is checked.
