- Popup blockers
- Turning off Popup Blockers for Internet Explorer
- Select Tools then Turn-Off Popup Blocker

- Select Tools then Options, Under Web Features uncheck the Block Popup Windows option

- Select Safari, then uncheck the Block Popup Windows

- Download Adobe Reader for use with eWestcor (http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO)
- Turning on Adobe Reader’s “View PDF in Browser” Function (fixes most PDF related issues)
- Open up Adobe Reader from your Start menu programs, or if on a Mac, start it up from your Applications or Finder.
- Next click Edit, then select Rreferences.
- Finally select Internet from the left hand menu and then make sure the “Display in Browser” option is checked.
