Michael Schefstad is CFO and Treasurer of Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. Mr. Schefstad has been in the title insurance industry since 1989, joining Westcor in 2004. Previously, he spent 15 years at a regional underwriter where his first job was an accounting clerk and he eventually became Audit Director.

Mr. Schefstad majored in Accounting and Business Administration, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Flagler College, in St. Augustine, FL. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has previously served on the Audit Committee for the American Land Title Association.

Mr. Schefstad lives in Altamonte Springs, FL with his wife Sonja and their two boys. He enjoys volunteering for various organizations including Cub Scouts, Little League, and the Catholic Youth League.
