Barbara Allen, VP, National Agency Manager

Barbara Allen joined Westcor Land Title Insurance Company in 2006 as a Business Development Advisor to the President, Mary O’Donnell. Allen has expanded her efforts to include leading a team in the establishment of a National Agency Division to support and develop independent multi-state agencies.

Barbara received a business degree from Moser Business College, Chicago, Illinois and a degree from the University of Wisconsin. She has been in the title insurance industry since 1984. As Sr. Vice President of Operations and Agency for American Pioneer Title Insurance Company(APTIC), Allen managed the Florida title plants, National Agency Division, closing/time share departments. Mrs. Allen served on the Board of Directors for APTIC and Chelsea Title Company until their acquisition in 2004.
